By downloading, installing, or using Drape ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Drape is an AI-powered personal color analysis application that:
Analyzes your photos to determine your seasonal color type
Provides personalized color palettes and recommendations
Offers virtual try-on features for clothing colors, hair colors, and metals
Provides a color scanner for real-time color matching
Provides a shopping guide based on your color season
3. AI-Generated Results
Color analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors. Drape does not guarantee the accuracy of any color analysis result.
4. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drape
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person; do not share account credentials
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Drape offers both free and premium (Pro) features
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods; refund requests go through Apple
Prices may change with advance notice
6. Free vs. Pro Features
Free tier includes:
AI color analysis with your seasonal color type
Your 2 best colors revealed
Celebrity season match
Basic share card
Pro tier includes everything in Free, plus:
All 12 best colors + 6 colors to avoid
Virtual try-on (clothing, hair, metals)
Color scanner
Full shopping guide
Makeup palette match
7. User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload
By uploading a photo, you grant Drape a limited license to process it for color analysis
Do not upload photos of others without their consent
Do not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the App
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, AI models, color palettes, and branding in Drape are owned by Drape and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Drape is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Color analysis results will be 100% accurate
The App will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on color recommendations.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Drape at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
