Photos you upload — Selfies submitted for color analysis. These are processed by our AI and are not stored permanently on our servers. Photos are deleted within 24 hours of processing.
Analysis results — Your seasonal color type, color palette, and preferences, stored to provide ongoing service.
Account information — Email address and/or phone number if you create an account.
Usage data — Anonymous analytics such as features used, session duration, and app performance metrics.
Purchase information — Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
To perform AI-powered color analysis on your photos
To provide personalized color recommendations, try-on features, and shopping guides
To manage your subscription and account
To improve the app experience through anonymous analytics
To send transactional emails (verification, password reset) if you have an account
3. Photo Processing
Your photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for AI analysis. Photos are:
Transmitted securely via HTTPS
Processed in real-time and not stored by our servers beyond 24 hours
Not used for training AI models
Not shared with third parties beyond the processing service
Google Firebase — Authentication, cloud functions, analytics
Google Gemini API — AI color analysis and image processing
RevenueCat — Subscription management
Apple App Store — Payment processing
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Drape is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
Photos: Deleted within 24 hours of processing
Analysis results: Retained while your account is active
Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
